Composition – Tramadol 50 mg + Diclofenac sodium 75 Mg (SR)

NEXAMOL D TABLET COMPOSITION OF DICLOFENAC 75 MG (SR)+TRAMADOL 50 MG contains Diclofenac (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)) and Tramadol (an opioid). Diclofenac works by blocking the release of chemical messengers, which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Tramadol, on the other hand, blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

About
TRAMADOL 50 mg + DICLOFENAC SODIUM 75mg (SR) is a combination medicine indicated for the relief of painful skeletal muscle spasms. Pain is a symptom triggered by the nervous system, causing uncomfortable sensations in the body. Muscle spasms are the involuntary contractions of muscles which can be painful. It is also used for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other musculoskeletal pain. Arthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.

TRAMADOL+DICLOFENC SODIUM is a combination of two drugs, namely: Tramadol (Analgesic), Diclofenac SODIUM (NSAID)
Tramadol lowers pain perception by blocking the transmission of pain signals.
Diclofenac SODIUM works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins which are responsible for pain and inflammation. thereby providing relief from skeletal muscle spasms. Together,
TRAMADOL+DICLOFENC SODIUM helps in relieving musculoskeletal pain.

You are advised to take Nexamol D tablet TRAMADOL+ DICLOFENC SODIUM for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, weakness, dry mouth and stomach pain. Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.

TRAMADOL+DICLOFENC SODIUM is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

TRAMADOL+DICLOFENAC SODIUM is not recommended for children as safety and effectiveness have not been established.
